Excellent. The owner, Michael St. Pierre, came and explained a lot to me, he checked the roof out, told the truth about not knowing about boards underneath that may need to be replaced, which I understood cause if you don’t see it you don’t know. He took the time with me because I had a ton of questions. I had checked with other companies it seemed they didn’t want our business or they could have cared less. This business is a family owned and coming from one myself, I felt it was the right thing to stay with the family business.

The actual work was done quicker than expected, and there wasn’t a piece of roofing or nail in the driveway to puncture a tire. They were neat, efficient, and hard-working roofers. I would recommend them to anyone. My dad always said fix it right the first time, band aids just lead to more problems. My neighbors all say it looks beautiful. The color picked out (suggested by the owner Mike) went perfect with the brick on front of our garage. Please at least call them have them come talk to you, their guarantee is amazing, and product is top notch.

Roofing contractors are an uneven lot. Old Colony Roofing met and exceeded our expectations in every regard. They were prompt to give an estimate, schedule the work, and finish on schedule. When we had unexpected complications, Michael, the owner, went out of his way to be helpful. The range of products on offer was first-rate. I could not have been more impressed.

The new roof looks great. Michael St.Pierre was very helpful in explaining what needed to be done and the possible options. Old Colony Roofing completed all the work in one long day. Came back the next day to do final cleanup and then again, a few days later to check on a possible problem (there wasn’t one).

Day of communication could have been better. Next door driveway was full of debris the day of but fully cleaned before they left. We were told the neighbors didn’t have to move their car but they did anyway, luckily.  Overall very satisfied.

We are very satisfied with our new Old Colony roof. Mike St.Pierre was very conscientious and followed up any all of our questions and concerns. It is not very often that the owner comes out after the job is completed but Michael did. Old Colony Roofing did the work for the price we were quoted and within the time frame they established. Previous to the replacement of the roof, we had been plagued by leaks. Since the replacement of the roof last spring, we have had no problems even through this difficult winter of four major rainstorms. We would certainly recommend Old Colony Roofing and use them again in the future.

Superior service and materials. Michael St.Pierre was knowledgeable, courteous and very easy to work with. Mike explained the process that would unfold as Old Colony prepped and installed our new roof and everything we could expect. These folks had it down to a science and I couldn’t believe the efficiency and speed with which they worked and the care they took with our property. Mike and Old Colony Roofing were great. We had a baby on the way, and the skylight in his room started to leak. We couldn’t even get people to return our calls, but we got an onsite visit from the owner, Michael and a quote the same day, and the work was done as quickly as the new skylight was ready. The baby now has the coolest window in the house (solar powered) and we are very happy with Mike and his team.

Old Colony Roofing did a great job for us. We had a leak and Michael St.Pierre came out immediately, gave us a quote and explained what was needed and discussed options. They replaced our roof quickly, since they knew we had the leak and we were worried about more damage. They were polite, easy to deal with, and professional and completely cleaned up afterwards. We have wanted to get gutter guards for a number of years on our home and finally decided to take the leap. The thought of my husband on a ladder in all kinds of weather was becoming worrisome. After doing a bit of research on different types of guards and companies as well as talking to friends I called Old Colony Roofing. Michael St.Pierre, the Owner, came out to our home within 2 days and we discussed options. Michael knew just what we needed, it was a huge relief to work with someone with experience and I didn’t feel as though I was being “sold” on a product I didn’t want or need. He estimated 10-14 days for installation and he was right, I received a call from the production department in the morning and by the end of the day the work was finished. The communication and follow up was great through the entire process. Old Colony Roofing were spot on in every aspect of the procedure including spotless cleanup.

We had Old Colony Roofing install our roof. Earlier on, we had a few people knock on our door saying they could fix our roof, but we had heard to many bad stories about these storm chasers. Once we hired Old Colony for our roof replacement, we had a sense of relief. It is not every company that the Owner, Michael St.Pierre, comes out to talk with homeowners. Our neighbors were so impressed by my roof that they had their roof done two weeks later.

As a whole, I was extremely impressed with the entire Old Colony Roofing experience. Mike StPierre was very organized and talented in diagnosing my leaking roof problems. He gave me a few options and the pros and cons of each. All this from the owner!
