What we'll need from you:

Your Close-Range estimate will be emailed to you within 24 – 36 hours, in most cases.
This option will provide you with a range due to unknown details of the new roof. However, it will not be the 10K – 20K that some contractors try to proclaim. Traditionally, we are able to give you a much closer range of pricing. Ex. 8,500 – 10,000.
Basic Project Information Needed:
- Are you looking for a 3 tab – shingle, an architectural, or specialty asphalt shingle? Ex. What roofing material (we are assuming asphalt): slate, cedar, metal, synthetic, EPDM, TPO, Copper, etc.
- Photos of the roof from all angles, this usually requires 8-10 pictures showing all angles of the roof.
This option does not take into account other work that may be needed and will remain unclear until the roof is physically inspected and, at times, until the work begins. Some examples are as follows: Sheathing rot/damages, flashings, siding work where the roofing meets the siding, chimney work, fascia and trim damages, gutter damages, etc.

Your Precise estimate will be emailed to you within 48 – 36 hours, in most cases.
This option requires the same information as in the Close-Range Estimate, plus additional project specifics.
